Since 2004, Beth Stone has been the advisor for the Tri State Horsemen's Association Youth Team. Many of the team's activities, like Drill Team practices and clinics, are held at CSF! The TSHA Youth Drill Team performs at each TSHA Open Show, and TSHA Youth participate in many educational and fun activities! The group meets monthly at different locations throughout RI, CT and MA! This year, we are excited to add an Interscholastic Equestrian Team to our youth activities! IEA offers middle- and high-school age riders an opportunity to show in competitions similar to those offered in the Intercollegiate Equestrian program. It is not necessary to own your own horse to compete! The Team will be forming this summer, so call or watch this website for more information! |

The Cornerstone Crew 4-H Club was formed in 1997, and is one of the largest, most active 4-H Clubs in RI dedicated to horses. Our members range in age from 6 to 19, and all share a common love of horses. Some of the activities that we enjoy are mounted and unmounted clinics, field trips, guest speakers, horse knowledge contests, community service projects and more! Several of our members have represented our club and our state at the New England 4-H Horse Show at Eastern States Exposition in W. Springfield, MA and at the Eastern National 4-H Horse Round-up in Louisville, KY. We meet at CSF on the third Friday of each month (we meet at the Fire Station in the winter). New members are always welcome, and horse ownership is not required! Check out the link to the Club website on the “Related Links” page! |
